Customer's reviews
I arrived at Engwe Golders Green just before closing time, and Ali was absolutely amazing. Even though they were about to close, he took the time to look after my bike without making me feel rushed. He checked and adjusted my tyre pressure and made sure my brakes were in great condition. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. Excellent customer service I really appreciate his help and would highly recommend Ali and the team at Engwe Golders Green.

I would like to congratulate Ash, an extraordinary guy 🙌
Recently, he installed the indicators and the controller that allow me to operate the horn, lights, and indicators perfectly 🚦🔔💡
Ash always finds solutions, even in challenging situations 💡 He is very smart, extremely patient, and knows exactly what he’s doing 🧠👌 Most importantly, he makes sure everything is done safely, without putting the customer or himself at risk ✅
He never gives up 💪 until everything works exactly as it should and always ensures the final result is perfect 🎯
A true professional and a real credit to the ENGWE Golders Green team ⭐ Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent and super friendly customer service. I dealt with Ash, who built my new Pro 3.0 Boost for me as I waited. Really excellent bike on first ride home, and Ash was super patient and helpful to a number of customers who came into the shop when I was there. I will be taking my other E-Bike in for a service, now I know they service different brands, and very pleased to have found a great local supplier around the corner!
