Excellent and super friendly customer service. I dealt with Ash, who built my new Pro 3.0 Boost for me as I waited. Really excellent bike on first ride home, and Ash was super patient and helpful to a number of customers who came into the shop when I was there. I will be taking my other E-Bike in for a service, now I know they service different brands, and very pleased to have found a great local supplier around the corner! ~ Miles W

Hello, I’m just writing to tell you guys that I have received a very good service from Engwe. I had a problem with my controller and display but Ali my engineer fixed the problem very well. Had issue with my electric bike breaks, changed the pad and the disc and after collected it, still making sound squeaky sound and took it back the very next day and they fixed the issue for good, so far. Good local shop, with excellent customer service skil. ~ Zin K
